Manufacturing pasta since 1878, Rinoldi is an Australian family owned and run company. Rinoldi offers a range of different products to suit everyone's needs. By using the finest quality ingredients, including 100% Australian wheat and durum wheat semolina and traditional pasta-making techniques, we ensure our products cook perfectly every time. The Vetta, Nanda, and Kookaburra brands are also owned and manufactured by Rinoldi.

Rinoldi offers a small range of retail products for stores, as well as a range of food service products for those after larger amounts for commercial food preparation. We produce and pack our pasta in many different size containers from 250g packs to 5 kilo food service and 300 kilo bulk bags for those who require even larger quantities. We also export to many countries around the world.

In addition to pasta products, Rinoldi also offers a range of extruded snack products. These products are available in pellet form for ease of transportation and to ensure a very long shelf life. The pellets are expanded either by oil frying or using hot air.

All of Rinoldi's products are made on site at our factory in Mulgrave, Victoria, Australia, using only the finest quality wheat and durum semolina milled from Northern New South Wales and Queensland. Durum is the hardest of all wheats. Its density, combined with its high protein content and gluten strength, make durum the wheat of choice for producing premium grade pasta. Rinoldi Pasta has an authentic 'al dente' texture and we take great pride in our consistent quality.

Rinoldi has the highest level of accreditations, having certificates for Halal, Kosher, SQF and HACCP production.
